Le projet de l’IUM

L’International University of Monaco produit et diffuse des connaissances de gestion dans des services de grande valeur, en relation étroite avec les milieux académiques et les entreprises locales et internationales. La stratégie de l’IUM consiste à utiliser la recherche pour améliorer les pratiques de gestion, en particulier dans le luxe, l’hôtellerie et la finance, par le biais d’activités de publication appliquées et professionnelles et en contact étroit avec les milieux d’affaires locaux et internationaux, en encourageant l’innovation, la responsabilité sociétale des organisations (RSO) et le développement durable.

    Les axes d’excellence

    IUM research is multidisciplinary. The Faculty has produced contributions in the fields of luxury, hospitality and financial services focusing on a wide range of disciplines.

      • Financial service, corporate governance and risk management

        IUM research focuses on strategic alliances, international activities, innovation and financial performance, CSR and financial performance, managerial practices in financial services, the role of women in top management positions and their contribution to financial performance, the governance system of family companies compared to non-family companies, entrepreneurial finance, risk management, and capital structure.

        • Sustainable luxury hospitality

          IUM research focuses on international hospitality, globalization, and the emergence of international hotels, resorts, and restaurants, and their classifications and standards. Moreover trends in investment and financing international hospitality projects are researched.

          • Innovative luxury experience and emerging patterns of consumption

            IUM research focuses on topics such as costumer experience in the financial and luxury sectors, the financial performance of European luxury firms, ethics and virtuous approach in the luxury sector, differences between luxury and non-luxury fashion retailers, human capital and luxury values, shopping experiences in directly operated luxury brand stores, brand communication strategy and biodigital character.
